Founded by Timothy Sheckells in 2013, TFS Construction and Excavation LLC is a family owned and operated business servicing the Greater Baltimore area, as well as, the Mid-Atlantic Region. Timothy saw an opportunity to offer quality and cost effective construction and excavation work to both residential and commercial customers alike.

With 20 plus years of experience in the excavation and construction fields, and using a supporting staff with a culmination of 100 plus years of experience in the field, customers saw the value of using TFS Construction and Excavation LLC to satisfy their project needs. With support from his wife Chelsea he has continued to offer a premium service while maintaining timelines and budgets. Timothy hopes to keep the business in the family and pass it along to his two sons, Noah and Jacob, ages 7 & 8.
